Characteristics: lightens your hair by up to 7 shades gives your hair a bright and shiny colour removes unwanted yellow and orange pigments from your hair suitable for all methods of hair lightening can be used on both natural and colour-treated hair Ingredients: Tri-Lightening complex - reduces yellow and orange undertones during the lightening process How to apply: Mix the lightening powder with the Koleston Perfect Creme developer (6%, 9%, or 12%), or with the Colour Touch activating emulsion (1.9% or 4%) using the ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2. If the mixture touches the scalp, use a developer of a maximum strength of 6%.
