70cl / 40% / Distillery Bottling - A sweet and creamy Speyside single malt from Tomintoul that was initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels, before being finished in specially-selected Cognac casks. Aromas of chestnuts, lemon rind, blossom honey, amaretti biscuits and chamomile fill the nose, complemented by notes of choux pastry, Chantilly cream, butterscotch, sugared almonds, golden raisins, ginger and tobacco throughout the palate.
