Our Extra Stiff Netting Fabric is available in White and Ivory and is used mainly for tutus and netted underskirts for under skirts or dresses which need extra volume! It is a very fine, see through fabric with mesh holes. It is also widely used for decoration in fascinators, bouquets and party favours!
