It's crafted using juniper angelica root coriander lemon verbena geranium damask rose and hollyhock flowers all of which are grown in the Secret Garden itself. Wonderfully aromatic it opens with a big hit of comforting juniper instantly letting you know that this is proper gin. Rather than dominating the flavour profile rose provides sweet notes of Turkish delight which are the perfect counterfoil to all that peppery piney juniper. Lemon verbena brings a refreshing citrus element while the dark hollyhock flowers deliver that stunning colour and delicate herbal notes. When it comes to a G&T we recommend the Harvey Nichols Classic Tonic Water to maximise the gin experience and to elevate the citrus notes. But if you want to up the fruitiness and summer vibes then opt for our Raspberry & Mint Tonic Water.
