EU Customs & Charges From 01/01/2021 new tax changes apply to EU orders. Belle Lingerie have registered for the IOSS tax system using a third party, whereby customs duties and fees are included in the purchase price, for EU orders below 150 Euros. The tax is collected and paid directly to the tax system in your country, on your behalf. If your order is over the value of 150 Euros, customs duties become payable on top of the order value. The delivery company/courier usually pay the tax directly to HMRC on your behalf, but you will have to repay the delivery company for the duty paid.
