In this exclusive bottling for Harvey Nichols, we have the sublime combination off dill (including the seeds and fronds), anise and fresh lemon peel. When tried at room temperature, the anise is warm and friendly and pairs incredibly with fresh fish. Our personal favourite is taking it from the freezer, where it becomes incredibly viscous and has the dill notes amplified. Having tried this with some spicy dishes, we can guarantee it is a winner.
