Achieve a double smoke flavour hit with these whisky infused oak wood chips, for use on a smoker or barbecue. A unique stocking filler idea for the adventurous outdoor cook, these pure oak wood chips have been tumbled and soaked in a blended whisky to add a vibrant flavour kick to the rich and robust smoke flavour of oak. Use directly on hot coals in your barbecue or smoker, or place in a foil pouch or stainless steel smoker box and use in a gas barbecue. Our wood smoking chips are supplied in 500g weight in a cellophane pack which is labelled and tied with natural jute twine. The chips are from FSC certified sustainable and managed woodlands, they are totally pure wood which has been kiln dried prior to the whisky infusion. The chips are approximately 5mm in size and can be used straight from the pack. Just add a handful to white hot coals to set the wood smouldering and to release wonderful aromatic smokey flavours. Store in a cool, dry environment and close the bag after use to retain the whisky flavours.
