Characteristics: creates an intense and vibrant colour makes the colour last longer smooths and strengthens the hair shaft treats and nourishes hair thanks to the rich oil ingredients helps to cover up to 100% of grey How to apply: ideally, use the activating emulsion in combination with Igora Fashion Lights colours. This 40 vol. (12%) strength activator lightens hair by three to five shades after mixing with colours in the right ratio.
