70cl / 43.5% - A spicy, complex Cognac from Cognac Park that was initially matured in French Limousin oak casks for four years, before spending 10 months in virgin French oak casks and finally six months in virgin Mizunara oak casks from Japan. Aromas of apricot, cedarwood, toffee, clove, plum and coffee fill the nose, complemented by notes of candied orange, hazelnut, ripe figs, coconut, cinnamon and hints of smoke throughout the palate.
