You will start with a warm up involving a light cardio workout to raise the heart beat, moving on to a cardio work out. The third session is a body tone workout where you will be shown the ultimate sculpting exercises using only your body's own resistance. This experience is available on Monday and Fridays only, throughout the year. How long does the activity last? Your session will last 45 to 60 minutes.
