Despite having a UK website, some of the products are shipped from the USA, therefore taking much longer than normal to arrive. This is not made clear at the checkout. Customer service assisstants on live chat are based in the USA. I would not recommend the UK site for gift buying as you will not know until after the order is complete whether they are sending it from the UK or the USA. Unhelpful response from customer service team.
