It’s fitted with the 'Engage' 15" integrated LCD console, boasting TV/iPod movie viewing and touch screen technology. This iPod compatibility allows you to connect, manage playlists, listen to audio, watch videos and power your iPod. The console provides 36 workout programs and 6 goal workouts. Heart rate can be measured either by the wireless chest strap or through digital LifePulse hand sensors. Users can choose to monitor performance through the virtual trainer tool, where a male or female trainer can be chosen for motivation, tips and feedback.
