The Track console is ideal if you want greater variety and advanced programs to help you reach your fitness goals. The programs include 6 classic workouts, 5 HeartSync heart rate controlled workouts, 4 goal workouts and 3 custom workouts. To keep you motivated in your exercise regime, you can also conect to Life Fitness' Virtual Trainer website to download unlimited programs and upload your results so you can track your progress. So that all the family can use the same machine, you can save 4 user profiles. This gives each user quicker set-up, individual workout statistics and the ability to save 3 custom workouts per person.
